Empower and foster a lifelong love of reading for every child in Indonesia with Indonesian Children's Literacy Foundation (YLAI - Yayasan Literasi Anak Indonesia). Our literacy programs train teachers and librarians to develop rigorous classroom literacy programs, and child-friendly libraries. We also train writers and illustrators to create culturally relevant children's storybooks.

YLAI has positively impacted over 1 million children across over 15,000 schools in 121 districts spanning 14 provinces. Additionally, it has provided training for over 100,000 educators and distributed more than 7 million children's storybooks. For more information on YLAI’s work, click here.
